Welcome to PickleSpotPH. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Description of Service

PickleSpotPH is a court-finder platform that connects pickleball players with court owners across the Philippines. We provide listings, booking inquiries, chat messaging, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a court owner. Players booking courts must be at least 13 years old. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Registration

Court owners must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Court Listings

• Court owners represent that all information submitted is accurate and current.
• PickleSpotPH reserves the right to remove listings that are duplicate, fraudulent, or violate these terms.
• Listings are auto-approved and appear publicly immediately after submission.
• Pro plan features (featured listings, unlimited photos, analytics) are provided as described on our pricing page.

5. Pro Plan & Payments

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription at ₱399/month. Payments are processed via GCash. By upgrading, you authorize recurring monthly charges. You may cancel anytime; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Booking Inquiries & Chat

PickleSpotPH facilitates introductions between players and court owners. We are not a party to any rental or booking agreement. All arrangements, payments, and disputes are solely between the player and the court owner.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent fees or payment systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce listings without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PickleSpotPH, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by PickleSpotPH or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

PickleSpotPH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PickleSpotPH, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
